  • Another ChromaWhite product nominated for LUX award

PhotonStar's SmartWhite Tungsten+ light engine, utilising ChromaWhite™ colour mix technology is a finalist in the category "Controls and Light Source of the Year".

This particular award - listed as "The outstanding innovation of the year in controls and lamps" is a highly contested award, requiring products to be evaluated by a panel of industry experts before being selected. Other finalists include the Philips MasterLED.

SmartWhite Tungsten+ is an ultra efficient intelligent LED light engine - offering true tungsten colour reproduction, increasing in warmth when dimmed without sacrificing quality of light. A tuning range between 2400K and 4000K neutral white is possible to provide the designer a much wider colour temperature pallet than conventional sources.

The efficient and creative light engine is available in three different PhotonStar luminaires, or as a compact light engine module/SLLE for OEM spot and downlight applications.
