    Society has become "supremely arrogant" in ignoring the importance of sleep, leading researchers have told the BBC what happens in 24 hours of the Body Clock and your circadian rhythms.

    BBC Health and science reporter James Gallagher has recently reported on the importance of circadian rhythms and how they affect our day to day lives. It also states the different effects that changes or disruptions to your circadian rhythm can have on your health.
